Our retreat is an invitation to find balance through mind, body & soul. From daily yoga practices, to surfing and exploring Dominical, this retreat is an opportunity to step out of your daily routine and come back to your true, harmonized self.
This is a beautiful chance to allow yourself to be free, to explore yourself, and tap into your beginner’s mind as we learn new skills, have new experiences and make new friends. To be immersed in nature and the nourishing bounty of the ocean is a ripe landscape to set an intention for the new year.
