Ayur= Life. Veda= Knowledge. Ayurveda will be explored through sessions on seasonal alignment, as well as individual self-care practices and connecting with the elements around us. Creativity encouraged from writing to drawing, singing to creative movement, we will explore creativity from various angles as a way to access deeper knowing, play, and connectivity. A mixture of gentle, energizing, restorative, and flow yoga will be offered. Appropriate for all levels. No prior skill needed in any of these areas.
