Retreat Highlights:

• Daily Yoga and Meditation: Start your mornings with daily yoga. Classes will be all levels and a blend of practice styles, including vinyasa, restorative, and yin. Evenings activities will vary and feature both yin yoga and yoga nidra practices.
• Women and sisterhood community: Connect with other women in community. You’ll start the week as strangers and leave a family. Find a new best friend in a roomie, or a new soul sister friend at the breakfast table. Be held in community and be part of a safe space that holds others.
• Cacao Ceremony: Participate in a heart-opening cacao ceremony, connecting you to ancient traditions and inner peace within your heart. A local facilitator will be guiding us through the ceremony using ceremonial cacao.
• Sound Healing: Bathe in the soothing vibrations of sound healing, designed to balance your mind, body, and spirit.
• Dancing: Get in touch with your body through dance! We’ll be having both Latin dance class and ecstatic dance sessions!
• Hiking: Explore the natural beauty of Costa Rica with hikes to nearby trails, rivers, and waterfalls. We have waterfalls you can hike to right on the property along with a group trip to hike the Nauyaca Falls, the most popular waterfall in Costa Rica! There is plenty of space on the property to be alone in nature- go for a walk and turn in, journal, or get out a good cry in the company of Mother Nature.
• Beach Time: Relax and rejuvenate on stunning beaches, soaking in the sun and sea. The property itself is up in the mountains, but this week won’t be without ocean and beach time. We’ll also be visiting Marino Ballena National Park, home of Costa Rica’s famous “Whale Tail” beach!
• Workshops: Engage in various empowering and enriching workshops tailored to support your personal growth, wellness, connection to your feminine energy and true self.
