Join us for a retreat in beautiful Costa Rica for a yoga and mindfulness getaway sure designed to help you rest, renew and recharge.
You’ll enjoy twice daily yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and a chance to truly reconnect to yourself and nature.
When we’re not on the mat, there will be plenty of time to experience Costa Rica, soak up all the Vitamin D you need, nourish yourself with yummy meals, and fully reset before returning to your daily routine.
Yoga Style
Kate will guide attendees through a morning all-levels Vinyasa flow each day and end each evening with a restorative practice. 
Guided group meditation and mindfulness sessions will be included throughout the retreat, and each attendee will receive their very own mindfulness gift!
The retreat will include two daily yoga practices, free time to explore, the opportunity to add on your own Costa Rican adventures – solo or with the group – and a Karma service project.
What’s Included:
- 5 nights accommodations
- 3 meals per day starting with dinner on the first night and ending with breakfast on the last day
- Group Ground Transportation to/from San Jose Airport Airport to Retreat Center
- On-Site Biodynamic Farm Tour
- Daily yoga practices
- Personal retreat time (having time to nap, explore, walk, read, and just be)
Accommodations
You will stay at a sustainable, rainforest eco-lodge hotel providing comfortable accommodations amidst acres of lush gardens, hiking trails, and a secluded jungle. The atmosphere at the retreat center is simple, healthy, and relaxed. Rooms are single, double, or triple occupancy with fans and hot water. The eco-lodge has a beautiful chlorine-free swimming pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are prepared daily and include healthy vegetarian options. The food is organic and local when available, prepared with nourishing ingredients and lots of love.
We do our best to honor your registration type. If enrollment pairings are such that we cannot honor the occupancy type you have selected, we will contact you 90 days prior to your trip. Feel free to contact us in the meantime if you have concerns.
Kate Ewing (she/her/hers), RYT500, RPYT, and RCYT
Kate founded Brick City Yoga in 2018 as a way to bring all the aspects of yoga she loves together in one place — the physical practice of yoga, a calming space, and a community of teachers and students. The sense of community guides Kate’s yoga teaching and practice, both on and off the mat!
Kate began her journey as a teacher after completing her 200 Hour Teacher Training with Yoga Buzz in 2016 and found a passion for teaching yoga for kids through her Elephant Power certification. In addition, Kate is certified to teach prenatal and postnatal yoga.
Kate enjoys teaching restorative yoga with an emphasis on mindfulness and disconnecting from technology. As an Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant, Kate aims to connect the mind, body and spirit in her practice.
Tuition:
Shared Accommodations – $1895 USD
Single Accommodations – $2195 USD
A non-refundable $35 Payment Processing Fee will be added to the tuition rate upon registration.

In response to COVID-19, True Nature is offering a temporary exception to our cancellation policy. When you sign up for any 2022 or 2023 retreat, your deposit is fully transferable. There is no cancellation fee if you transfer to another trip or put your deposit ($350) on hold for a future trip until the final payment date.*

*The deadline to cancel and receive a credit for your deposit is 108 days before the retreat date. This offer is not valid to new registrations after this date.
