re:build Costa Rica: regenerative villages & #ReFi gathering

Event description

re:build is a think tank and a catalyst for projects that expedite the shift to a regenerative world. Join us in the lush jungle of Costa Rica for an epic gathering bringing together community leaders, landowners, permaculture & ecology experts, impact investors, property developers, software engineers, architects, coliving operators, scientists, lawyers, activists and green tech & blockchain specialists. This will be a hands-on event with experts discussing various topics such as regenerative practices, bioconstruction, agroforestry, reforestation, master planning and tokenizing the regeneration with blockchain and NFTs.

Vision

In the face of ever increasing challenging times, we believe that building sustainable villages & community spaces will be essential to enabling a regenerative culture and economy to emerge and flourish in the years to come. Thanks to regenerative finance, we can use money as a tool to solve systemic problems and regenerate communities and natural environments.

Mission

re:build is an incubator for regenerative village development; we are matching landowners and investors with builders and communities across the world. The objective of this gathering is to support the ecovillage & #ReFi movements by fostering knowledge sharing and multi-disciplinary collaboration between all the people and organizations who are re:building our world. Our goal is to interweave an ecosystem of regenerative places and projects that enable people of all ages and cultures to live and work with greater wellbeing, purpose and connection to nature.

What to expect?

This is a participatory event where you are encouraged to share the projects you’ve been working on. We will have an (un)conference element where we can self-organise around shared interests and conversations. Each morning will begin with a wellness activity. We believe in celebration through food and community meals. Our meals are vegan, healthy and nutritious. There will also be plenty of time for human connection, where we can just enjoy being in nature together, with great music, amazing food and opportunities to dance to the sunset. This is your chance to connect with epic humans who are developing innovative projects all over the world. Together we are designing and implementing new pathways to a regenerative future.

Types of tickets for re:build

Private: This includes your ticket, 3 meals a day for the duration of the event and a Private Room with a Queen Bed. Private rooms can be shared by two people, but the second person would need to acquire a No-Accommodation ticket. Buy both tickets and then send us a note to let us know you both want to share a room.

Shared: This includes your ticket, 3 meals a day for the duration of the event and a bed in a Shared Room with other people.

No accommodation: This includes your ticket and 3 meals a day for the duration of the event. You’ll need to book your own accommodation. We recommend to do this soon as it is high season in the region and accommodations are limited.
