Nature provides the pattern, we observe and learn, then scale our growth in harmony with the existing flow. By applying this framework to our life we align and integrate with the cycles of the earth, the universe, and ALL life.

Inspired by this, we have anchored the life cycle of the butterfly as our blueprint and road map for the design and navigation of our transformation.

Days 1 and 2: On The Ground

Our journey begins before you arrive. The first day is a gentle landing, grounding, and acculturating into this new environment and energetic space. The opening ceremony will commence the second day after breakfast, allowing us to tune into one another a little more. Following will be an introduction to Finca Morpho and a rundown of the volunteer shifts.

Days 3 – 5: Setting the Stage

The third day is truly the beginning of the metamorphosis curriculum which invokes the egg stage. With workshops and activities that set conditions to hatch and summon the strength to break out of our shells. Day four crawls us through the caterpillar stage; the period where we consume information, practice skills, and develop habits to overcome environmental challenges. On the fifth day, we journey inward to develop better understanding and patience by working through the chrysalis/pupa stage.

Days 6 and 7: Spread Your Wings and Fly

Upon emergence as a butterfly on day six, we take the time to adjust to our new form and honor the transition of morphing into a new one. Once day seven arrives, we are ready to fly! It’s time to take wing, show the world what we have become, and find our ‘flutter’ by connecting to the collective networks that inspire and empower our uniqueness.

Days 8 and 9: Celebration

We conclude by exchanging with others, collecting our physical and metaphysical energy, and giving gratitude for all we have both received and released.

Opportunities for Art, Music & Movement Throughout Event

Finca Morpho houses many beautiful places to radiate one’s authenticity. Gather under the Fibona’tree for creative expression activities, or at The Resource Center to repurpose and upcycle the materials awaiting new life.

Our Tea Lounge, Sacred Fire Circle, and Yoga Platforms hold space for evening experiences of authentic relating, acoustic music jams, and movement. After the closing ceremony, everyone has an opportunity to share their gifts, talents, and expression through our celebratory Variety Show!
