Adventure trip, February week 7 and 8 2025

YESS!! we are going to Costa Rica! February 2025 we take of, spending two amazing weeks as explorers!

We are Personal Trainers, who specialise in both strength, running, yoga, injuries and cognitive health. So whether you are an athlete or have some kind of restriction, you are more than welcome to join our community!

So? Do you want to join us? We have a couple of spots left! We leave from Norway, but join in from wherever you are! We start out in San Carlos, close to Vulkan Arenal, more specifically Platanar and La Finca Lodge. Here we will do many super cool activities, not the touristy way 😉

We have our secrets, being “almost local”.
