- 7 glorious days and nights in a casita where the jungle meets the sea.
- Sound bath ceremony on opening night by a local healer.
- Two classes daily, one yoga class and one mobility or strength class.
- 60 minute private massage.
- Visit to a macaw sanctuary with an option to go to a beach bar or take a kayak trip to a private island.
- Visit a local market to shop and explore, and a farewell dinner out in town.
- One balance workshop with our retreat leader, Megan.
- One strength and mobility workshop with our teacher and chiropractor, Mallory.
