Nestled near the iconic Whale’s Tail, our sanctuary for the week – Flo Retreat Center – offers all the comforts and amenities for a rejuvenating stay. Enjoy the saltwater pool, a fully equipped gym, and scenic walking and hiking trails right from our doorstep.
Our thoughtfully curated itinerary includes a vibrant boat and snorkeling excursion, a tropical farmer’s market day in Dominical, some thrilling zip-lining, a visit to the majestic Nauyaca Waterfalls, a soulful Cacao Ceremony, and so much more!
Throughout these adventures, we will connect as a community through daily yoga sessions, allowing us to ground ourselves in the breathtaking natural surroundings.
