Yoga, fitness, meditation, adventuring…we’ll do it all during our 8 day, 7 night week at Playa Hermosa in Costa Rica.  We will enjoy 2 yoga, fitness and meditation practices daily in one of our two open air shalas surrounded by the jungle.  All delicous, organic meals are included in our week.   With plenty of time to connect with others, go on adventures, ride bikes to the beach, or rest by the private pool or in a hammock at our retreat center, our week is sure to be a restful, rejuvinating and relaxing trip we all need.

Our days will consist of morning yoga with Claudine followed by a made from scratch breakfast of beautiful culinary delights of the local region. After that the day is yours to Lounge by the pool, spacious sundeck or hammocks. Set up an excursion or enjoy the spa services as you wait on an amazing lunch. After lunch maybe you grab a bicycle and head to the beach with a good book or go shopping in town. Then the evening you rest as you wait upon another gourmet meal with a fresh juice as you set the tone for a relaxed night of conversation, sunset on the beach, sangria party, Yoga Nidra or Cacao ceremony. It is a day of PURA VIDA!!!
