Yoga, Sound Bath & Meditation

Yoga + Sound Bath + Meditation at a lookout point.
An activity designed especially for you to relax and enjoy nature, the mountain air, and panoramic views.

DATE: Sunday, August 10 / TIME: 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

LOCATION: Bambú Mirador y Recreativo.

ADDRESS: La Angelina, Ochomogo de Cartago, 3 km from the Recope tanks in Ochomogo. Just 20 minutes east of San José, the price includes private parking, and you can enjoy the facilities and hike after the activity.

ACTIVITIES:
9 a.m.: Yoga class for all levels with Instructor Vinicio Zúñiga
10 a.m.: Guided meditation “Singing of the Vowels”
10:30 a.m.: 40-minute Sound Bath (Sound Therapy) with Johel Castro (Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, and other instruments that lead us to deep states of relaxation).
11:10 am: Shared Brunch*

WE OFFER:
– Private parking, 95% paved road (the last stretch is gravel suitable for small cars and motorcycles), restrooms, a private and secure location, an enclosed room with good acoustics and a roof for sound therapy, outdoor sun awnings for yoga classes, panoramic views, picnic and glamping areas, and a 2.5 km mountain trail.
In case of rain, there is a roofed area for the yoga class.

NOTE: If you bring pets, pets are not allowed in the Breathwork and Sound Bath session because they can distract other participants, which requires silence and tranquility for meditation.

Activity price: ¢10,000 cols p/p

*For the shared brunch, please bring fruit, bread, or snacks to share.

NOTE: If for any reason you cannot attend the activity, reservations cannot be refunded or transferred to another activity.
