Imagine spending 5 days in the lush mountains of Costa Rica. Steeped in ritual, temple practices, and transformational mantra & kriya practices. Sync with the elements of earth and water, experience the purification of fire, and listen to the whispers of the air spirits as we gather in the cloud forest.
This July we gather on the mountain… A potent place to harness your energy, reset your nervous system, and clear your vessel so you can embody your fullest radiance.
This retreat is a remembrance, a support for your nervous system, a coming home to your center and resiliency. A cultivation of your energy and a deep listening to spirit and the energies of the elements. Harness your magic and inner wisdom, listen to the whispers of your womb, and attune to the real life magic. Watch how your radiance grows as you cultivate this inner union.

To fully step into our expression, our leadership, and our deepest levels of intimacy, we need moments to nourish our roots and inner waters. We need to ground deeper, clear the channel, and listen.
Together, we will dive into powerful practices and experiences – bringing together traditional tantra, himalayan kriya yoga, mantra & puja, and temple arts & embodiment rituals. Honoring the energetics of water & earth, and coming into union with the elements.
WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE HERE
We weave together Kendall’s practices in the Rose Lineage, Temple Arts, womb work and nervous system balancing with Stephanie’s in Himalayan Kriya and yogic and tantric paths to create a rejuvenating experience to help you come back to a state of harmony and peace within self. You then can integrate this into everyday life as you come back from the mountain.
We will have a morning practice, nourishing breakfast, and then another journey or exploration mid morning. After lunch, we will have some open space for syncing with the land, relaxing at the spa, going in the river. We will then have an afternoon or evening practice and dinner.
There is such a power when we come together in presence and practice. To witness and learn through each other and be reflections.You can come on your own, or bring a friend!
We will have solo group practices, partnered paired practices, some that may expand edge but will greatly expand your capacity and connection to Spirit, self, and life.
Kendall is an energy intuitive and somatic practitioner – offering a unique form of bodywork that she called Three Cauldrons massage – birth doula, and creates plant based potions.
She is an ordained Priestess in the Rose Lineage and assistant trainer at the Rose Lineage Mystery School. She steeps herself in trauma-informed practices, offers training in energy work, has her own practice devoted to mantra and ritual, and is always a continuing student (working towards her certification in Functional Hormonal Medicine).
She is devoted to a rooted, earthy, and simplistic way of approaching prayer and ritual.
As a science nerd turned mystic, she loves to integrate the magic that is our mind, body, and nervous system into the mystical, to support people to feel liberated in their bodies, in union with their hearts, and connected to Spirit. She believes that intimacy is so much more than just pleasure, that tuning into the subtle, slow energies of life, connects us to something greater. That this is our gateway to the divine.

STEPHANIE YEN
Stephanie Yen is a modern day Tantrika and Yogini devoted to the Temple Arts and is also the Hostess of the “Shakti Unleashed” Podcast.
She is a devotee of the ancient Yoga-Vedantic traditions and certified in over 1000+ hours of in person trainings between the Tao Tantric Arts & Kriya Yoga Lineage.
At her core, she is here to help you fully own the truth of who your Soul came here to be by living a life of empowerment and self discovery.
