What is the HeaLynn Chakra Sound Journey experience?
Every Saturday in the upcoming months of May & June, we will be moving through our subtle energy system ~ Chakras ~ with embodied movement, mantra, and music/activations by specialized artists in the area! There are nine themed journies in total with option to attend specific offerings. We begin with a Restorative Yoga practice and full spectrum soundbowl healing offering. Every week following, we will focus on a specific Chakra (Root to Crown – full schedule to follow).
May you become aware of the imbalance or blockages that may exist in your energy system as we embody the ability to transmute them … empowering your energy system to flow freely again.
