Our 15-day Fusion & Integrative Framework
Kula’s 15-day Fusion & Integrative Framework is our newest model that has been created out of our students’ needs for accessibility, engagement and integration. We envision for our 200 hr yoga teacher trainings to not only be a transformational immersive experience for you, but to be a catalyst that bridges the gap between your spiritual and daily life. We want to support and empower you on this inward holistic yoga journey from Costa Rica to your home life through online pre and post-training two hour live calls with your facilitators and fellow yoga students.
Typical 200 hr YTT Kula Daily Schedule:
6:30 – 8:30 am Art of Practice
Meditation, Pranayama, and Asana
8:30 – 9:30 AM Breakfast
9:30 – 1 pm Art of Living/Teaching
Yoga Anatomy, Philosophy, Daily Intentions & Special topics
1 – 3 pm Lunch & Self-Study
3 – 6:30 pm Art of Teaching
Kula Flow, Asana Analysis, Adjustments & Creative Sequencing
6:30 pm – Dinner
Ceremony, Kirtan or Satsang sacred gathering (*every other evening)
