✨Feel, scan, cleanse and energize the aura, chakras and any body part.
✨Adjust energy flow and increase vital life force energy.
✨Relieve stress, tensions, aches and pains.
✨Relax and revitalize the whole body and nervous system.

Modalities:
Combining select elements and techniques from:
✨Pranic Healing, Cranio Sacral Therapy, Reiki, Chi Nei Tsang Abdominal Massage, Acupressure, Swedish and Thai Yoga Massage.
✨Including Self-Care Practices and Tools.

About your facilitator:
Hi! I am Mia and I am passionate about fast tracking, expanding and empowering humanity towards a life of loving the perfection of what is, free from conditioning and in harmony within ourselves, amongst others and with nature. With 15 years experience, I’m currently nomadic and live in intentional communities where I facilitate retreats, workshops, mentoring and wholistic well-being sessions in an embodied and heart centered way.
