Join Kelly Villarreal for a week of tending to your inner world with twice-daily yoga and meditation practices designed to help you reconnect to yourself; mind, body, and soul.
Enjoy nourishing local cuisine and eco-friendly accommodations while forming lasting friendships and connections. We’ll also enjoy a tour and hike through Manuel Antonio National Park to see local wildlife! What’s Included
Yoga twice daily, including meditation programming, led by Kelly
7 days / 6 nights accommodation at Vida Asana in Playa Hermosa
3 vegetarian meals per day featuring Latin American fare that uses in-season local, produce grown on site whenever possible. Fresh fish will be available every other night.
Day trip and guided hike to Manuel Antonio National Park
Round-trip transfer between SJO airport and the retreat center
About the Property
Vida Asana Eco-Retreat Center is conveniently located 90 minutes from San Jose Airport, situated just outside of Jacó between the lush tropical beauty of the jungle and world-famous surfing beaches of Playa Hermosa, Costa Rica.
The retreat center offers a peaceful setting to repose, featuring fruit trees, vegetable gardens, a jungle shala, a sky shala, oversized pool with a deck, “sloth stations” (hammocks), communal cafe, and multiple communal hangout areas.
The location provides easy access to a variety of activities, excursions, restaurants and shopping, and is just a 5 minute drive or bike ride (bikes offered through Vida Asana) to Playa Hermosa.
