Plant of the Day – Connect to the wisdom and healing properties of master jungle plants:

Cultivate a relationship with master jungle plants: seed to stomach, such as Cacao, Coca Leaves, and Moringa. We’ll be deepening our relationship with each plant of the day. Work-shops can include a cacao ceremony, learning how to make brain tonics from the herbs on-site, etc.

The El’ements & Esoteric Wisdom:

Each day is dedicated to a natural element: ether, water, earth, fire, and air to cultivate a deeper relationship with the El’emental forces of nature, & how they impact our personal transformation.

Innerstand how deeply interconnected we are to nature’s ecosystems & discover the depth of your multi- dimensional self through daily practices that encourage heart coherence to self regulate the nervous system.

Permaculture:

Immerse yourself in a living system in harmony with Earth’s natural systems through Food, Building, Compost, etc.

Experience permaculture first-hand as a solution to better health, sustainability, and cultivating a right-relationship within the world.

We will be deeply immersing in the rhythm of the ocean, stars, jungle and incredible sunsets, and learning about regenerative farming, natural building, and jungle nutrition to build awareness around regenerative community practices.

Inner Child Movement and Play:

Movement & Art fused into a creative, intuitive practice that gets you in touch with your inner child so you can show up in your  primal movement, breath, journaling, dance, yoga and play to bring us into deeper conversation with our souls.

Unleashing the Spinal Engine:

Learn the foundations of a healthy core & spine through breath, movement, and decompression that improve how you move & feel in your body.

The Wisdom of the Ocean:

Learn about ocean wisdom: tides, swells, and rhythms and deepen your relationship with her powerful force of nature. Surf one of the best waves on the planet. Surf lessons and board rentals are available!

Note: This is rustic up close & personal with nature retreat.

We are immersing ourselves into the biodiverse jungle with little separation from nature to fully immerse into the experience. There will be bugs & sun.
