We are Manda and Meleah, the Founders of the global movement and community, Sisters That Stray. We’re Certified Trauma-Informed Relationship & Intimacy Mentors and Yoga, Breathwork and Embodiment Instructors.
At the core of our work, we are guiding you towards YOUR Inner Source & Knowing so that you can move forward living in your power, purpose, & pleasure.
Our Intention
After working with women in many different capacities – both online and in-person – over the last six years, we were feeling deeply into how we can rise in our own leadership to provide the most comprehensive and valuable learning experience for the women hungry to work with us.
We’re thrilled to offer our Facilitator Training Program as an immersive and embodied 6-day experience in Costa Rica, May 17-22, 2022!
Our intention is to give you the FULL experience – where we will have ample time with partner practices, answering questions, providing 1:1 support, giving you the opportunity to shine and move through this process with clarity, to practice everything you’re learning, and overall going deeper in this container together. So by the end of it, your tool belt of skills and understanding is stocked and ready to support you in making your impact!
The Vision & Opportunities:
The vision we hold for Sisters That Stray is expanding beyond what the two of us alone can carry… Another intention behind creating this program is to train a team of STS Facilitators who can rise up and support us in creating and facilitating new retreats & programs.
Once you graduate from the program, if we all feel like you’re a good fit to join the team, then you’ll be invited to join us on our future retreats as an official STS facilitator – all expenses paid (minus your flights).
As an official STS Facilitator, you also have the opportunity to work with us behind the scenes through every step of the process leading up to the retreat. This can include community management, marketing & outreach, programming creation, event production and logistics, etc.
You’ll also have the opportunity to work with us on creating, producing and facilitating new retreats and workshops, in Costa Rica or elsewhere.
And, you’ll have the opportunity to share your offerings and be included as a part of the official retreat itinerary/programming (yoga, meditation, dance, etc.)
Lastly, we also give our Facilitators free access to our online community, Sisters That Stray Collective.
