Monthly Family Food Freedom Fair
Where? at Smiling Fork Farm to Table homestead
When? Saturday Aug 24th, Sept 21, Oct 27th
From 10 to 3pm. RSVP appreciated, rather not spend the morning texting.
What?
This is an open house networking social like a county fair, celebrating growing food, pantry stocking and regenerative living skills, with workshops, food, music and inspiration.
This is a free event.
Exhibition space for your local or online entrepreneurial projects or products, info about your services or passion projects. Be welcome to have a display/booth or presentation time. RSVP one week prior for booth space or workshop.

Activities all day
- Creek dipping – bring your swimsuit if you want to get in the the little river here;
- All age coloring; I have variety of prints, I have some pencils and markers;
Flexible schedule proposal
10:30 am Garden tour.
11am 20 minute Workshop on “Espalier”.
11;30 am September potlach theme; “your childhood favorite foods”….. all plant food welcome.
BYO dishes if easeful, Best recipe wins rain flower bulbs.
12 pm I read a chapter from “The Ringing Cedars” series.
12:30 Open Mic! Share your story, poem, joke or song. Show and tell your garden or pantry project. Fruit Leather prize for best open mic entry.
