Embodied Energy Retreat

“Energy worker friends and amazing women:
The upcoming Embodied Energy retreat is not only for dancers, it is for people looking to awaken their true self, for somatic release, for energetic well-being. Dance is one way that we do this; muscle testing and energy work is another way, and we are looking to bring these methods together in the most grounding, enlightening, delicious way possible!
If you have no dance experience, but a desire to feel your best; if you want to learn or deepen your use of muscle testing; if you are curious how to utilize movement as a correction after identifying stressors and blocks in your life (or in your clients), then this might be for you. We have a couple spaces left and would love to offer a discount for a couple local women who wish to learn more!
