Contact – Improv (Holos)

Play-Filled Foundations – a 1 hour class, devoted to playfully building solid foundations for ENDLESS opportunities to dance, in contact, with others.

This is a perfect entry point for the contact-curious and important (and often missed!) foundations for dancers of all levels.

Directly following the class we will dive into a free-form CONTACT JAM to integrate and PLAY with others on this INCREDIBLE dance floor, with DJ Cosmika LIVE on the decks, with a special set, crafted just for us!

Jada will also be available for mini 1:1 sessions as the jam unfolds.

Jada Sun has been dancing for a decade, and has been devoted to an immersive study of contact improv for the last two years. She regularly co-facilitates with the North Shore Contact Jam, HulaHulaKai, and Monday Movement Nights in Maui, HI. This somatic shake-down infuses her work as a love coach, massage practice, and especially her parenting and relationships. She is passionate about sharing this transformative art-form with others. She hopes that you’ll open up, lean in, and come, however you are, to discover what magic this expressive moving meditation holds for you!
