Cacao Singing Circle

Join us for the second week of a weekly cacao singing circle that will take place in the Tinamastes region.
You do not have to be musically inclined to be a part of this circle. All are welcome❤️
The intention of this space is to come together on a weekly basis and remember what it feels like to play like kids whilst coming back to the sacredness of our heart centers through connection with the heart-opening medicine, Cacao.
The brew will be served as a vegan turmeric golden milk with a pinch of adaptogenic mushrooms (non-psychedelic, including reishi and lions mane). This triad combination of turmeric, mushrooms and cacao create an energetic, uplifting and heart expansive experience.
Bring your instruments! Guitars, flutes, hand pans, drums, triangles, maracas etc) Each person that feels called may offer a song or a musical instrument offering, either to share with us as a listening meditation or with intention to sing together. There will be call and response so that everyone may join in. We will sing some Kirtan songs and we will teach some easy medicine songs.
Come as you are. All your messyness, wildness, silliness, awkwardness, quietness, sadness, joy… whatever it is can be held in this container of song.
The donation is to assist in the supply of the ingredients, and the upkeep of the space. Nobody will be turned away for lack of funds, your voice and presence are enough.
