Amenti: Regenerative Being

February 15 @ 4:00 pm - February 22 @ 1:00 pm

$2185 – $2785

Amenti MoveMeant is a community-based organization and a decolonial psyche-somatic MoveMeant medicine. The foundation of our Method and our way of working as a team lie in the pillars of the original hip-hop culture: peace, Love, Unity, Respect, Having Fun, and Self Knowledge.

This immersive eight day course is a transformative journey into the wisdom of our bodies. Through dance, movement, (Jungian) psychology, somatic knowledge, we unveil the often untapped consciousness of the body.

This course is not just about understanding the Regenerative Beings that we are; it’s about equipping you with practical tools you can apply daily and empowering you to take charge of your well-being and personal growth.

We often find ourselves grappling with daily triggers, trauma, and the complexities of life. While a wealth of knowledge is available, such as Freud’s psychoanalysis, it often falls short in the heat of the moment. We need something tangible, easy, and quick. This is where our bodies come in, providing us with the necessary information to navigate life’s challenges.

Through this course, we will understand the deep wisdom of our body and the connection between our body, mind, and soul.

We are, in essence, holistic beings. Still, we learn to neglect parts of our system, distrust or misinterpret our instincts, intuition, and body’s signs, often leading to mental or physical sickness. These signs are there to help us along our daily lives, but due to neglect, abuse, and misunderstanding, we human beings, on a collective level, are at disease.

We can become whole again when we learn to listen to the body and understand that not everything in this world is solved through the mind. We learn to use the body’s Regenerative properties.

This course involves daily dance, movement practice, theory, meditation, and medicine. Brave Earth provides a space to stay and on-site food during the day.
