🌅 This is an all-inclusive yoga retreat where every aspect is designed for your well-being. Whether you seek a solo journey, a couple’s escape, a girls’ trip, or a surf adventure, this retreat adapts to your needs.

Sample Itinerary (subject to change):

6:30 AM: Morning refreshments.

7:00 AM: Morning practice/Circle.

8:00 AM: Breakfast/Nature Walk.

9:00 AM: Free time or excursion.

12:00 PM: Lunch, Beach, Nature Walk, Rest.

3:00 PM: Optional Workshop.

4:00 PM: Leisure time.

6:00 PM: Dinner.

8:00 PM: Evening Breathwork, Meditation, or Restorative/Circle.

Not Included:

Flights, travel insurance, airport transfers if not using the designated pick-up and drop-off group shuttle schedule (can be arranged at your expense), all optional excursions, gratuities, and alcohol.

Location:

Vida Asana is conveniently located 90 minutes from San Jose Airport (SJO), just outside of Jacó in beautiful Playa Hermosa, Costa Rica. Situated between the lush tropical beauty of the jungle and world-famous beaches of Playa Hermosa, the location provides easy access to a variety of activities, excursions, restaurants, and shopping, yet offers a peaceful jungle setting to repose.

Dining:

Three delicious meals per day are included in your retreat. The food at Vida Asana was created with a healthy lifestyle as the inspiration. Every menu item is made from scratch using whole, and as often as possible, organic ingredients. The food is gluten-free and vegan-centric (eggs and yogurt options at breakfast) with fish served at dinner every second night. All allergies or dietary needs are easily accommodated.

Payment & Cancellation:

• A $500 deposit saves your spot. Once registered, the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.

• 50% of the balance (minus the $500 deposit) is due on October 15th, 2024.

• The remaining balance is due on or before February 15th, 2025.

• Cancel on or prior to November 14th, 2024 for a full refund (minus the $500 deposit).

• Cancel on or prior to February 15th, 2025 for a 50% refund (minus the $500 deposit).

• There is no refund for cancellations on or after February 16th, 2025.

Years ago, I discovered mindfulness practices and yoga while navigating the demanding pace of a corporate career. Overwhelmed and stressed, I explored various modalities, and after nearly two decades, I finally found clarity and purpose in my journey. My passion lies in Vedic Sciences and Tantric Philosophy, especially in honoring the beauty and intricacies of the Divine Feminine through tantric practices. I’ve been deeply influenced by inspiring teachers like Esther/Abraham Hicks, Carolyn Myss, Donna Eden, Anodea Judith, Tara Brach, Jack Kornfield, Sally Kempton, and several local yoga teachers. My mission is to authentically share the transformative and therapeutic potential of tantric yoga, movement, daily awareness, and energy practices with my students. I believe that every body can benefit from yoga, movement, and mindfulness practices. I teach a comprehensive approach that incorporates easeful living, alignment, and flow both on and off the mat. My classes create a light, heart-centered space for students to fully embrace their whole selves. The focus of my programs is on Conscious and Empowered Living, Energy, Self-Healing, and Living Blissfully.
