Hridaya means the spiritual heart. This is your opportunity to meet all aspects of yourself with compassion to process, heal and transform.
On the first day, you will have the chance to get oriented to the space and the flow of the program.
Then you will spend the next 10 days receiving the potent medicine of silence.
Option to extend your stay to have space to integrate is available.

Throughout the retreat, you will be immersed in a serene environment, surrounded by the beauty of a tropical jungle and breathtaking mountain views.

To ensure your comfort and focus, onsite accommodation is provided, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the retreat experience. Healthy, vegan meals will be catered for the entirety of the program, nourishing your body and supporting your meditation practice.
