Hello! I’m Harriet Goudard, a Brit, living in the raw and wild, Pacific coast of Costa Rica with our family and well-travelled dog. I am a Family Systemic Constellations Facilitator, Shamanic Practitioner and Devotee of Energy Mastery. I adore horses, bees, ancient trees, the rain and the outdoors and my work is to show people how easily they can access the next gentle opening within themselves - somatically and first hand.
