Sobre Mí
When I found myself living in a Costa Rican jungle beach town I found myself really missing some of my favourite therapies from Europe.
The Lymphatic body rolling machine was one of my favourites. On my lunch break I would either take a CrossFit class or do a body rolling session.
I love having this therapy available here for my personal use and I’ve created Space to share it with you too!
