Our calisthenics gym includes two tracks of monkey bars (for apes of all sizes), pull-up and dip bars, gymnastic rings, TRX, yoga mats, jump ropes, rebounder, workout bands, jacuzzi, cold tub, and an outdoor shower. We also have a basic weights including bench press, barbell for deadlift, EZ bar, and adjustable dumbbells. Plus, the main road in our neighborhood is great for barefooting, tree climbing, and exploring the jungle.
