Brandi Wilcox was born and raised in Colorado. She lived in Costa Rica from 2003-2013 discovering and studying the natural healing arts. During that time she not only became fluent in Spanish, she also studied Aromatherapy, Qigong, Dowsing, tropical medicinal plants, and intuitive energy work, along with raising her two daughters who are now 6 and 10. Her studies continued with completing a degree in aromatherapy from Stonebridge College, University of London, UK in 2007. Then followed with a two year certification in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy program from the Colorado School of Energy Studies in Boulder, Colorado. In addition she has had advanced training in Craniosacral therapy for infants, pregnant mamas, two chair polarity counseling, and somatic trauma resolution. After completing her trainings and holding a practice in the states she decided to return home to Costa Rica to host student groups, retreats on her farms and continue her practice.

Brandi believes in meeting clients where they are to best facilitate their healing. By holding space and presence, and helping them to self-regulate and develop a sense of felt resource to shift awareness from challenge to ease, she helps clients to own and activate their own ability to heal.
