Acupressureworks Works is a self adiministered acupressure system for muscle relaxation, injury management, Yoga, Fitness and Sports preparation and a general warmup to everyday life. We will teach to find the best acupressure points for your condition and how to use balls and gravity to show you how you can feel how it works. Because pressure against acupressure points increases blood flow and and heat to the muscle tissue, this increases flexibility and takes pressure off of tendon and ligaments. About Me
Marc Coseo is a NCCAOM licensed acupuncturist with over 30 years of experience specializing in the treatment of chronic pain, sports related injuries, and muscle and tendon related problems.
He is the author of The Acupressure Warmup, TCM Acupuncture Point Charts, and creator of the Acupressure Works video series.
Coseo first began development of his signature acupressure ball techniques while competing on the ATP professional tennis tour. He discovered acupressure was a safer and more effective way to warm up and increase muscle flexibility before workouts or matches.
Following his tennis career, and inspired by the effectiveness of acupressure and acupuncture, Coseo studied acupuncture at the New England School of Acupuncture. Upon graduation, he opened the Sports Acupuncture Center where he further developed his acupressure ball techniques in the form of acupressure homework for his patients. This acupressure “homework” became the basis of this Acupressure Works video series. Patients can heal themselves!
